We only accept cancellations for orders for up to 24 hours from when the order was placed (In the case of 4 day Express Orders and orders for delivery outside mainland UK, there is no cancellation allowed as orders are commenced immediately to allow for manufacture, drying time and delivery). This is because we will have started manufacturing your order to your specifications or choices. Once delivered, we are unable to accept returns for anything other than carrier damage, which must be noted to the carrier upon delivery and photographs taken of the damaged delivery box. This is because of the fact the item has been made specifically for you only. The regulations relating to this are detailed below.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Part 3 section 28,1(b) due to the bespoke nature of all of our products, orders may only be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing an order (except Priority 4 Day Orders and orders for delivery outside the UK mainland). Similarly, under Part 3 section 28, 3(a) and the above section returns will not be accepted after delivery, and no refunds will be given.
